This proceeding was begun in the name of the State on relation of the county attorney, to confiscate a certain described marble board, allegedly denounced as a slot machine or gambling device under the provisions and within the meaning of 21 O.S. 1941 §§ 964-977, commonly referred to as the Slot Machine Act of 1939.
