The plaintiff, S. Paul Cary, commenced this action in which he sought to partition certain real property located in the city of Ardmore, Okla. The petition is in the usual form with a copy of the deed attached as an exhibit. The defendant filed an answer setting forth that she was the owner of said property and prayed that she be adjudged to be such owner.
