This case involves two appeals from a decree of Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City construing the will of Jennie Beck, who died January 3, 1921.

On April 12, 1947, the Harriet Lane Home for Invalid Children of Baltimore City, a Maryland eleemosynary corporation (hereinafter called the Home), filed a bill of complaint in Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City against Jennie Beck Gray, individually and as executrix...
