OPINION BY DITHRICH, J., July 15, 1949:

Plaintiff, chief deputy county treasurer of Lackawanna County, and a resident of the Borough of Archbald, sued defendant for libel. The defendant pleaded not guilty and justification. The case was tried before HOBAN, P.J., and a jury and resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $900 which the court subsequently refused to set aside. From the refusal of its motion for judgment n.o.v., defendant has appealed....
