Plaintiffs brought this action to recover possession of a certain Caterpillar tractor, or its value, together with damages for its detention by defendant, who claimed as an innocent purchaser. The case was tried before a jury, which rejected plaintiffs' demand in toto and returned a verdict in favor of defendant. From the judgment accordingly entered and the order denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, plaintiffs appeal.<...
