Beall and the First National Bank in Dallas, Texas, the amount which it, as insurer of employees of the American Liberty Pipe Line Co., paid to that company in settlement of liability resulting from losses sustained by the Pipe Line Co. on its checks drawn on the bank and bearing endorsements of the names of the payees forged by Beall, an employee of the Pipe Line...
