This is an action by Lawrence C. Tunnage, the owner of a house in New Orleans, to recover from the owners, Robert S. Eddy, Jr., Robert S. Eddy, III, Fergus Hathorn Eddy and Tom G. Eddy, of an adjoining lot and from Lionel F.
