This is a suit brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, Title 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., by Ollie B. Roberts against Railway Express Agency, Inc. and Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company of Texas for personal injuries sustained in the course of his employment.
