This is a suit to have a certain road in the Parish of Tangipahoa declared a public road and for the necessary orders to prohibit the defendant from closing the road and for damages and attorney's fees.

Plaintiff alleged that the road is an ancient public road and has been graded by the Police Jury for many years, and is the only means of ingress and egress to his property; that the defendant has dammed ditches along the road, causing it to overflow...
