This action was brought by Wilbur Murduck and others as plaintiffs against the city of Blackwell, a municipal corporation, for damages to the land of plaintiffs, caused by the construction of Lake Blackwell and the subsequent obstruction by silt of a drainage tile running from the land of plaintiff into the stream across which a dam was constructed in forming the lake.
