This is an appeal from a judgment in an action in which the appellee, The Board of Commissioners of Hamilton County, sought to enjoin the appellant from erecting any fence or posts in a certain county highway, known as "West Liberty Road" and from obstructing such county highway, and asked that the appellant be required to mandate to remove posts allegedly set by him in such highway.
