Ohlhausen, brought this suit under the Louisiana Workmen's Compensation Act, Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended, against the defendants, Sternberg Dredging Company, his employer, and its compensation insurer, the Travelers Insurance Company, in solido, claiming total and permanent disability.
