1. Insofar as Publix-Lucas Theaters Inc. is concerned, this is not a proper case for resort to the Declaratory Judgment Act, for the reason it has a full and complete remedy without regard to this act. See Mayor &c. of Athens v. Gerdine, 202 Ga. 197 (42 S.E.2d 567), and cases cited.
