This was an action for damages by R. R. and Anna Elizabeth Garrison against Arthur Coleman in the sum of $2700. It was alleged in the petition: that R. R. and Anna Elizabeth Garrison were the owners and in possession of land lot 265, first district, second section, old Milton County, now Fulton County, Georgia, said lot of land being described by metes and bounds in the petition; that there were growing upon said land 20 pine trees averaging 28 inches...
