This is an appeal from an order in bankruptcy which denied any allowance to Berner, the appellant, as attorney for the shareholders of the Equitable Office Building Corporation, the debtor in a corporate reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. The application was one of a number, all of which Judge Knox passed upon in a single opinion, reported in 83 F.Supp. 531
