In each of these six cases, which were tried together, there was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, and it is agreed that the decision upon the appeal in the Carney case shall be determinative of each of the other five appeals. The cases arose out of an accident in which the two plaintiffs' intestates and the four other plaintiffs, as they rode in the body of a dump truck owned by Valentino, were thrown out and injured, the two mortally.
