The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant, a trucking company, to recover damages for the alleged violation by the latter of its duty properly to collect the price of three C. O. D. shipments. Judgment was for the defendant and the plaintiff has appealed.

The assignments of error which attack the finding made by the trial court have not been pursued in the plaintiff's brief, and we do not consider them. The pertinent facts may be summarized...
