Thompson, is the owner and landlord of two three-story six unit apartment buildings situated within the Kansas City, Missouri, Defense Rental Area, and subject to the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended. 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 1881 et seq. The other appellees are his agents.
