GRADY, J.

This action was instituted by W.C. McCall against the Washington Co-operative Farmers Association and Theodore Chick to recover damages done to his truck and its contents by a fire alleged to have been caused by the defendants. The defendants counterclaimed for damages done to their truck and contents. A jury awarded the plaintiff a verdict. An appeal has been taken from the judgment.
