This is a suit to enjoin the defendant Peter Hahn from diverting surface drainage waters from their natural course and for a mandatory injunction to compel the removal of certain dikes constructed by him in making such diversions. The county of Pierce was made a party defendant because of a county road and drainage openings through it which are affected by the litigation.
