This jactitation or slander of title suit instituted by the Board of Trustees of the Columbia Road Methodist Church of Bogalusa, Louisiana, Baton Rouge District, and two of the trustees, against William P. "Pink" Richardson, who had donated the property allegedly slandered to the church, is before us for consideration of the appeal taken by the defendant from a judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, decreeing them to be the true and lawful owners...
