This appeal is from a judgment in a divorce suit. On November 13, 1948, the appellant, Sylvester Hollis, filed the suit against his wife, Lona Hollis of Travis County, Texas, the appellee, in the 47th District Court of Potter County, Texas. The parties were married on February 25, 1911, in Blount County, Alabama, and were separated on May 11, 1921.
