It appears by the record in this cause that Christine Palmquist and husband, C.V. Palmquist, in 1902 or 1903, acquired title to some thirty-five acres of described farm land located near the Town of Hallendale, Dade County, Florida. They went into the possession of the land in 1909 or 1910 and annually grew crops of tomatoes, peppers, strawberries and vegetables.
