The respondent employers, three brothers doing business as Swisher Brothers Contracting Company, were self insurers and are the appellees herein. The accident in question occurred August 17, 1948, at 7:30 a.m., in Kansas City, Jackson county, Missouri, while claimant was taking a wheelbarrow...
