OPINION BY DITHRICH, J., July 15, 1949:

Appellants and eighteen other defendants were indicted and convicted on charges of riot, rout, unlawful assembly, and affray. Two of the appellants, Robert Duitch and Lloyd Lutz, were also indicted and convicted on charges of aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery.
