PER CURIAM.

This appeal brings up for review the determination of facts and the rule for judgment of the Union County Court, affirming the order of dismissal of the Workmen's Compensation Bureau.

Petitioner-appellant was employed as a laborer by the respondent when, on December 12, 1946, he sustained an accident which caused his alleged injuries. There seems to be no dispute that appellant suffered an accident which arose
