This proceeding involves deficiencies in excess profits tax for the calendar years 1944 and 1945 in the respective amounts of $15,385.68 and $12,168.58. The deficiencies are due to several adjustments in petitioner's gross income and its equity invested capital as disclosed by the returns for the years 1944 and 1945.
