Complainant, as executor of Mrs. Martha V. Thomas, deceased, brought this suit to recover on certain notes which W.H. Tomlinson had given Mrs. Thomas for the purchase of two tracts of land, one of 52 1/2 acres and another of 70 acres, in Houston County; and to enforce a vendor's lien on the land.
