This is an action for a declaratory judgment on validity and infringement of Patent No. 2,031,036, on an application of Carl G. Dreymann. The application was filed on May 17, 1934, and the patent was issued to the Grant Paper Box Company on February 18, 1936. The title to the patent is in the Grant Paper Box Company, but the assignment from Dreymann reserves to him the right to veto any sale or license...
