Plaintiff Droegmiller owns the south half of a certain section 17 and the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of a section 20 in Crawford county. County Highway G runs east and west between section 17 on the north and 20 on the south. We are mainly concerned here with the drainage from the southwest quarter of 17.
