Plaintiff, Joshua Blackburn, claims of defendant, Lewis Chenet, the sum of $25,000 for personal injuries, alleging that while in the employ of said Chenet he sustained serious physical injuries which were "the result of negligence on the part of said Chenet in furnishing him with a wild and untamed" mule.
