This is an appeal from an order approving the 4th Annual Report of Carl K. Bates, trustee of the estate of Annie S. Cook, deceased.

Annie S. Cook, a resident of Muskogee county, died testate October 25, 1937. Her will was admitted to probate in Muskogee county November 16, 1937.
