This is an appeal from a judgment reforming three deeds in appellee's chain of title.

Appellant, Harry Fannin, and his sister Ruth at one time owned three tracts of land which had been acquired by inheritance and purchase. The property consisted of what is known as: (1) the mill lot, (2) the storehouse lot, and (3) a twenty-three acre tract.
