ABC Plan Consumer Discount Company entered judgment by confession against Mrs. Jeanne Pontier and Albert Pontier. The warrant of attorney to confess judgment appears in a note, which had been attached to a chattel mortgage. The original instrument consisted of a chattel mortgage and a judgment note. The paper was perforated between the mortgage and the note to facilitate removal of the note from the mortgage.
