In 1945 Lewis Yankelevitz and S. Martin Kornblatt formed a partnership under the name United Distributors and engaged in an automobile accessory business in Cumberland. From January, 1948 till August, 1948 they bought from plaintiff, Inland Rubber Corporation, of Chicago, tires and other accessories at an aggregate cost of about $30,000.
