This is an appeal from the dismissal of a writ of habeas corpus sought by relator, Carl Edelson, to challenge his detention by federal authorities for alleged violation of the terms of his conditional release. Relator's involved previous criminal history is necessary to an understanding of his claim that his parole and conditional release time of service had expired prior to the date of the alleged violation.
