This is a suit under the Workmen's Compensation Act, Act No. 20 of 1914, as amended, wherein it is alleged that on and before November 21, 1947, the plaintiff was employed by Bon Ami Company at its sawmill in the Parish of Beauregard, and that on or about November 21, 1947 at 4:00 P.M. or a little thereafter, plaintiff sustained an accident in the course and scope of his employment which resulted in injuries which rendered him totally and permanently...
