DORE, Judge.
This is a workmen's compensation suit, wherein the plaintiff alleges that on or about July 19, 1948, and prior and subsequent thereto, he was employed by Noonan C. Skinner, operating under the trade name of Vernon Stock Yard, at Leesville, Vernon Parish, La., at a daily wage of $3, and that on that date he sustained an accidental injury which rendered him totally and permanently disabled under the terms and provisions of the workmen's compensation
