This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the Middlesex County Court sustaining an award in the petitioner's favor by the Workmen's Compensation Bureau.

The decedent, Walter A. Schroeder, had an artificial leg as a result of an amputation in 1917 and in June, 1946, he suffered a heart attack. He remained in bed for several weeks and resumed his trade as an automobile mechanic in September, 1946. In September, 1947, he was hired by the appellant...
