This chancery proceeding was brought in the Circuit Court of Nicholas County by N. F. Rader and Carl Rader against Herbert Campbell and Howard Campbell, individually and as partners trading and doing business as Campbell Brothers Garage, for the purpose of specifically enforcing an alleged agreement in settlement of a pending action in ejectment between the same parties as plaintiffs and defendants.
