A claim was filed in the probate court of Ness county by a son who sought to recover from his mother's estate the value of certain cattle claimed by him to have been his property. The claim by Joseph Nonnast, appellant here, was transferred to the district court without having been heard in the probate court. The administrator did not object to the claim, but upon his failure to do so written objections thereto...
