The defendant, Raymond Doolin, was charged by information filed in the superior court of Creek county with the crime of unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor, was tried before a jury, convicted and sentenced to serve a term of 30 days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $100, and has appealed.
