Landes Wilson was charged in the district court of Okmulgee county with the crime of murder. The case was transferred to the superior court where he was tried, convicted and given a life sentence, and he has appealed.

The information was filed in the district court on February 20, 1947, and defendant arraigned February 25th. He entered a plea of not guilty, and his case was assigned for trial for March 17, 1947. On March 3rd he made application...
