The Industrial Commission has denied compensation to the appellant, Mollie D. Parker, as the widow of Hezekiah Parker, and on this appeal the question presented is whether she was legally his wife.

Hezekiah Parker died March 5, 1948, as the result of an injury suffered in the course of his employment. The appellant filed an application for a hearing claiming compensation as his widow and sole dependent. In it she stated that the case could...
