1. Under the act of 1935 (Ga. L. 1935, p. 492), as amended by the act of 1941 (Ga. L. 1941, p. 234), the sale of wine at retail in any county in this State is legal, if such sale has not been prohibited by an election held pursuant to section 4 of the act of 1935, supra, as amended by the acts of 1937 and 1947 (Ga.
