This is an appeal from a judgment denying plaintiff's application for injunctive relief. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.

Plaintiff brought this action for herself and all other persons similarly situated against the members of the State Board of Public Affairs, her employers, to restrain them from requiring her to work more than eight hours a day.
