1. So far as the general grounds are concerned, as above stated, under the evidence the jury were authorized to find, but not required by the evidence to find, that the defendants Cowart personally obligated themselves to become personally responsible for the material and labor furnished in the construction of the building or buildings on the premises in question. So we are not here concerned with that issue...
