Defendant appeals from an order denying her motion for a new trial.

Plaintiff and defendant were married in 1929. There was no issue of the marriage. In 1945 plaintiff contemplated bringing an action for divorce against defendant. A summons and complaint were drawn up but not served. A reconciliation was attempted and failed.
