The United States has filed a Motion for Judgment of Just Compensation, which requests this Court to decree that the sum specified in the sublease and agreement, $2,512,297.39, is the just compensation for the taking of the hospital. It is the Commonwealth's position, in opposing this motion, that the sum specified in the sublease and agreement is not just compensation because the execution of this sublease by the agencies of the Commonwealth...
