This action was brought on March 23, 1946, by Sarah Catherine Bailey, by Ennis Bailey, guardian, against the defendants, Oswald Lovin and Mary Ann Lovin, to cancel two deeds to real estate and a bill of sale to certain personal property made by plaintiff Sarah Catherine Bailey to the defendants. Grounds alleged for the cancellation of the instruments were that plaintiff was mentally incompetent at the time she executed the instruments and delivered them...
